After setting up several Site Server machines, I have found that the system halts or bogs down sporadically. When I check the task manager, there are MULTIPLE drwatson32.exe processes running. I am able to end these processes with no troubles and the server returns to normal performance. The problem is that the drwatson processes are launching and not displaying any messages. The event viewer shows a number of errors on perflib that eqauls the number of drwatson32.exe processes started.
The perflib errors always pertain to a call to a dll that went bad and reset the DWORD in the registry to 0.
I haven't found any fix for this, but it looks like it may be a bug in the 3.0 software
